Cities at the heart of the èStoria 2025 Festival program
26 May 2025When planning an event, if the goal is to stand out from the rest, in addition to – of course – offering valuable content (which, let’s not forget, remains the core of the event world), one can also focus on immersive and experiential formats.
Original and creative concepts are particularly well-suited to certain types of events – for example, product launches or presentations. We have, for instance, hosted the launch of Nautaverso, the Parco del Mare 5.0 project, in our venue – but also tastings of selected products.
In the latter case, a great idea is to focus on the multisensoriality, a trend that began to emerge in 2024 and is gaining traction due to its ability to leave a lasting impression on participants by engaging all their senses: not just sight (through the setup and decor) and hearing (through speakers’ presentations and music), but also smell – scents that can influence perception and anchor memories.
When it comes to setups and decor, in particular, various media can be leveraged: colored lighting – and color choice plays a crucial role in shaping feelings and emotions – light and shadow effects, as well as floral arrangements, and the style and layout of furniture and accessories.
If the budget allows, creativity can be taken even further by leveraging technology: LED screens and holograms, digital showrooms, and interactive installations can all be used to achieve maximum experiential engagement for participants.
