5 December 2025Our Convention Center features a variety of spaces, differing in size and characteristics, allowing it to host multiple events simultaneously. Successfully doing so, however, requires careful planning and particular attention to detail. Planning is the key to success. First and foremost, constant coordination with the PCOs of both events is essential to align the schedules as effectively as possible, paying particular attention to participants’ arrival times, breaks, and the end of each programme. This ensures the smooth management of attendee arrivals, departures, and movements between the different events.
For this reason, even greater care than usual must be devoted to access points—which should remain strictly separate—and to clear, effective signage throughout the venue. The Convention Center staff must also be divided into teams dedicated to each event taking place on the same days. At the same time, these teams need to stay in constant communication with one another to coordinate resources, venue facilities, and trusted suppliers as efficiently as possible.
This approach will be put into practice at our Convention Center in the coming days. On Friday, 24 October, we will host the Confindustria Friuli Venezia Giulia Public Assembly in Magazzino 28, while The Chronic Patient, a medical conference, will take place in Magazzino 27 and conclude on Saturday, 25 October.
