From March 12th to 14th 2027, a new edition of Olio Capitale Expo will return to Trieste. For 17 years, the event has been an undisputed reference point for the sector, showcasing high-quality, typical extra virgin olive oils.

For three days, the Generali Convention Center Trieste will once again welcome exhibitors, buyers, enthusiasts, and hospitality professionals.
