Olio Capitale Expo, the leading specialized trade fair in Italy dedicated to high-quality, typical extra virgin olive oils, was held in our Congress Center  from March 13 to 16, 2026.

Almost 1.500 buyers from across the world took part into the specialized event that featured a rich program of side events including guided tastings, hands-on workshops to learn and experiment, presentations by authors of cookbooks and books about olive oil, as well as talk shows and seminars dedicated to extra virgin olive oil and its production regions.
