From September 12 to 14 our Convention Center was the stage for the energizing event Let’s Move Trieste – Fitness Festival, entirely dedicated to movement and wellness. 

Sport and health have been the protagonists for two whole days, after the big inauguration party held on Friday night.

The activities took place both in our spaces of the Magazzino 28 and on our terrace and nearby outdoor space of the Porto Vecchio. Around 2.500 people gathered in the Generali Convention Center Trieste to take part into the classes, as well as to simply try and challenge themselves with different disciplines and activities: many sport centres were available for try and information.

The agenda included competitions – such as the Triathlon and the night run – as well as more contemplative activities – meditation, ice bath and yoga, for instance – but also educational moments, shows and talks about useful aspect like nutrition and mental approach to body and sport.
