Birra in Fiera 2025 – Central European Craft Beer Fair was hosted from 31 May to 2 June at the Generali Convention Center Trieste. The participants had the opportunity to celebrate the excellence and diversity of beers coming from one of the regions richest in brewing tradition in the world, and to delve into the historical and cultural roots of Central European craft beer, the production methods and existing beer varieties, from the classic ale and lager varieties to the more daring and experimental ones such as sours, wheat beers and seasonal beers.

Beer tastings as well as information and educational sessions conducted by industry experts – such as the local expert Paolo Erne – and the maxiscreen where all participants watched the Champions League finals were just some of the highlights.
