Barcolana Sea Summit returns to the Congress Center – from October 6 to 11, 2025 – as part of Barcolana57 presented by Generali.

Now in its fifth edition, the Barcolana Sea Summit is a benchmark for reflecting on the importance and protection of the sea and inland waters, while also exploring the role of the blue economy through dedicated initiatives for students, citizens, and businesses. At the heart of this year’s Sea Summit is the topic of the Underwater, analyzed from regulatory, economic, and environmental perspectives thanks to the participation of distinguished industrial, institutional, and scientific players.

In particular, our GCC will host meetings dedicated to schools, as well as in-depth sessions open to the public, such as the Sea Summit and UWC Adriatic Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, October 8. Our Hack Room will serve as a space for public discussions, while the Generali Auditorium will host, on Thursday, October 9, the theatrical performance “Fiumi scomparsi” with Marco Paolini, Paolo Fresu, and Rajeev Badhan.
